Furnishing and installing a new well pump at existing Well 13 well casing, construct a new cation exchange water treatment plant consisting of a new masonry and cast-in-concrete building, new aerator, cation exchange tanks, brine tanks, high service pumps, chemical feed equipment, drain pump station, emergency chlorine scrubber and all plant supporting structures and equipment including all architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and site piping and site improvements.
